A company borne from the idea of creating a small, friendly and personal service to all villa owners and their guests, but more importantly a company you would come to trust and have total confidence in to manage all your villa needs.
We offer that "one stop shop" service which as villa owners our selves found impossible to find when we lived in England. The other difference about us, is that we have pledged not to expand our business beyond the management of 30 villas. This will ensure unlike other companies, that we are dedicated to a smaller number of villas, ensuring that every villa is managed to a very high standard.
Because of recommendations from one villa owner to another, we are approaching our target, but please do not hesitate to contact us. Some villa owners from time to time decide to sell their villa and this allows us to consider new requests. Our reputation is very important to us and we understand the importance of providing a service second to none to you the owner, but because we also provide a full rental service, supported by advertising, UK staff and an excellent web site, we also understand the importance of satisfying your guests and because of this we are seeing an ever increasing number of returning guests and friends to whom we have been recommended.

Michelle and Steve Etheridge, the founders of the business, moved to Spain to ensure the smooth running of the business on the Spanish side and all the enquiries and bookings are handled from there. In Spain, we have a network of people to take care of the maintenance (and improvements if you desire) of your property, including all holiday changeovers, all managed and overseen by Steve and Michelle.
