Villa Kismet is set in a quiet residential area in Benitachell, close to Javea. The pool and terrace area are private, spacious and very peaceful. The villa, pool and gardens are all on one level, the only steps are down from the road, there is a private driveway for "off road parking" behind remote control gates. The villa itself is very stylishly furnished by its owners who plan to retire to the villa in several years time. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one either side of the living accommodation making the bedrooms quite private. Both bedrooms have super king size beds, have ample storage, ceiling fans and patio doors leading onto the pool area.

Both bathrooms are light and very modern the en- suite has bath and overhead shower and the second shower room has a shower cubicle. The open plan lounge / diner and kitchen is a lovely light and modern area. There are patio doors leading to the naya (covered terrace for dining) and beyond this is terrace and the pool. The furniture is modern, stylish and comfortable. There is a TV, DVD and CD player for your entertainment. The Sat TV allows you to watch BBC and ITV channels, so you can keep up to date with your favourite programs if you wish.

The kitchen is modern and light and is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full oven and hob and fridge freezer.It has everything you will require for your stay. There is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The villa is fitted with traditional Spanish security rejas at all windows and patio doors and there is also a safe installed. The pool and garden are lovely with mature palms around the garden and pool area, there is ample terrace for that all important sun lounger and there are 4 provided complete with cushions for your comfort. There is subtle lighting around the garden so it is a great place to sit and enjoy the warm evenings, while dining al fresco style on the naya from the BBQ.
