Villa Joakim is a lovely, modern villa set on a flat plot with beautiful landscaped garden, complete with grass lawns. The garden is totally enclosed complete with off road parking area and is ideal for children, as there is plenty of space to run around. The villa itself is a 3 bedroom villa, but only the lower floor is rented hence rented as a 2 bedroom villa. The upper level is locked and is not used, so you will have sole use of the ground floor of the villa. As all the rooms and pool are on one level this villa is also ideal for anyone with walking difficulties.

The villa consists of a spacious and stylishly furnished open plan lounger / diner, with patio doors leading to the naya (covered terrace) on which you can dine while over looking the pool and garden. The comfortable lounge has UK sat system for the TV, allowing you to watch UK TV, DVD player and CD system. There is a selection of DVD's and books for you to enjoy. The open plan kitchen has everything you will require including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, full oven, hob and extractor fan. The owners them selves have spent a lot of time at the villa in the past, therefore the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should require. The bathroom is modern, light and airy with bath and overhead shower with plenty of storage for toiletries

The pool and garden area are totally enclosed and it is a beautiful area in which to relax day or night. There is plenty of terracing around the pool for the all important sun loungers (and 4 new ones are provided). The pool has a light which is on a timer so will come on each night so you can enjoy al fresco dining by the poolside. There is also a further dining area at the other side of the villa (shaded area) if you wish to get out of the sunshine and here you will also find a BBQ.

The villa is a lovely villa in a peaceful residential area just outside the coastal town of Denia. There is a pebble beach just a mile walk away from the villa and there are several restaurants and shops within the vicinity.
