This fairly new villa is located in Monte La Solana and lies one hour north of Alicante in a beautiful and picturesque area of the Costa Blanca. The villa is located on a south facing hillside just outside the charming town of Pedreguer. The views are truly spectacular all the way down the valley towards the small rural villages of Llosa de Comacho and Alcalali.

Only minutes from the villa, is the charming town of Pedreguer. Close by in this beautiful valley are many restaurants, but Denia and Javea being the nearest resorts. If you are a golfer, there are a number of excellent courses in this area, the nearest being La Sella which is only 15 minutes away. This area is ideal for walking and cycling, or for the less energetic, exploring the beautiful valleys and mountains by car. This area is a lovely place to visit in February when the almond groves are in full blossom and the lemons and oranges are just ready for harvesting.
