Villa Bernice is a beautiful brand new, fully air conditioned, 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed villa, is located on Monte Solana. This beautiful brand new architect designed villa is situated high above the town of Pedreguer with truly amazing and stunning views to the sea and the surrounding countryside. The views are spectacular and the villa was designed to make the most of them. Each room has a wonderful view and you can literally walk from one room to another and never take your eyes off of the panoramic views across the orange groves, mountains and the sea beyond.

All the rooms have patio doors giving access to the terrace. Unfortunately, and because if you want the best you have to pay for it, you have to pay for the views by accepting that these views are only available with height and access to the villa is via its own fairly steep drive. We recommend hiring a diesel car, but you should not let this put you off and any competent and confident driver will have no problem. There are steps also running alongside the drive if you prefer, but we must state that this villa would not be suitable for anyone with walking disabilities, due to the steep drive. However, once up the drive, the only other steps are to the bedrooms and four to the pool. We keep saying it, but these views will take your breath away.

The villa is brand new for August 2005 and has been very tastefully furnished with all new furniture and bedding. It consists of three bedrooms one double and two twin and all have patio doors leading to the terrace with views to the sea. All the bedrooms have ample storage and air conditioning. The main bedroom also has an en-suite with large walk in shower. There is a further bathroom with bath and over head shower and another bathroom on the lower floor also with a shower cubicle.

The brand new kitchen is well equipped complete with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher and ample crockery. The kitchen also has patio doors to take in that wonderful view. Where ever you are in this villa the views are fantastic.

There is a good sized lounge /diner with plenty of seating for 6, one of the sofas is also a sofa bed. It is stylish and comfortably furnished and again has the advantage of air conditioning and Sky sat TV with free to view English channels. There is also a DVD and CD player. Large patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace where you can dine alfresco. From here there are four steps down to the pool and further terracing.

This villa is truly a beautiful modern villa with all the comforts of home and the views are, yes you've guessed it, truly spectacular, we know you will not be disappointed with this villa and its location.
