Casa Oliva Nova This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated on the outskirts of the Oliva Nova Golf course on the beautiful Costa Blanca, close to the cosmopolitan resorts of Javea and Denia. This lovely villa is on a flat plot in a peaceful location ideal for families and golfers. The local beach is just a short distance away as if the golf course. The lower level of the villa has a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with access to the garden.

There is a lovely lounge with TV, DVD including English channels such as BBC, ITV. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and ironing facilities. A safe is also included in the villa. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms and also air conditioning has also been installed throughout the villa. There is a dining area for 6 people over looking the beautiful newly built pool. Alternatively if you prefer to eat al fresco style, there is a dining area provided outside over looking the pool area.
