This semi detached 2 bedroom villa is situated less than a five minute drive from the coastal resort of Denia and fifteen minutes drive from Javea. This tastefully and comfortably furnished villa is ideal for a small family or a couple. It is all on one level and is within a small complex of privately owned villas with electronic entrance gates, which provides added security for children. In the centre of the complex, there is a superb pool for all to use. This is ideal for children as you can relax knowing that they are safe and only several metres away. It is also a great place to meet people if you wish. The pool is very large and is surrounded by grass for that ever important sun lounger and by well manicured mature shrubs and palms. It is a beautiful setting from which you can see the imposing Montgo mountain in one direction and the sea in the other.

The villa comprises of two bedrooms one with twin beds the other with a king-size bed, both nicely decorated with ample storage space and each over looking the pool. It has a new beautifully fitted bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower.

The living accommodation is open plan and spacious. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard and is complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and all the glass ware and crockery you will need. There is a good sized lounge/diner complete with an open fireplace. The lounge contains a TV with Sky Sat, DVD player, video, CD player and plenty of games and dvd's/videos for you to enjoy. Its a comfortable cosy room with new sofa for 2006.The dining area seats four people.

There is a glass door from the lounge area which opens on to a covered terraced area complete with table, chairs and BBQ, again with a view of the pool.A lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun or shade your choice.

There is so much to see and do and so much beautiful countryside to explore that you will want to come back to this area just to visit the areas and places that you did not get time to see. If it is golf you are looking for, then the area itself has superb golf courses to choose from, the nearest being only 10 minutes away.

Mid Week Changeover. We operate this villa on a mid week changeover, which enables you to take advantage of not only lower air fares, but airports with fewer people than will be found at the weekend. Tuesday to Tuesday. A car is necessary for this villa, but we are able to arrange this for you with a major car rental company at preferential rates and you will be fully insured.
