This lovely three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located at the top of Monte Pedreguer. It is ideally situated between the two popular coastal resorts of Denia and Javea taking just 15 minutes drive to each. The Jalon valley close by is beautiful to drive through with spectacular views and restaurants and spanish villages scattered around the mountains. The town of Pedreguer is a traditional Spanish town with its narrow winding roads. There are several bars and restaurants in the town itself. Monroes Carvery is situated at the bottom of the mountain side, this is very popular with the British particularly for the traditional Sunday roast.

This lovely clean, light and airy air conditioned villa was built in 2004. Due to its elevation it has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea beyond. The villa is very well furnished and has three bedrooms on two floors, the ground floor consist of a good sized open plan lounge / diner with seating for 6 people an open fire place and views of the country side. An archway leads to the fully fitted modern kitchen with oven. hob extract, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you would require. There is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The lounge has a TV with sat system, video, DVD player and CD system. The front door leads onto the open naya with views over the pool area which is a few steps down. There is a further archway leading off the lounge to a small hallway from here there are two twin bedrooms both light and airy and with ample storage space and again with air conditioning.

There is a full bathroom on this level which is clean, fresh, light and modern with a bath and over head shower.

The stairs from the lounge lead to the master bedroom, this is a large room with several windows making it very light with views over the pool area and the surrounding countryside. There are patio doors from this room leading onto a private terraced area with great views to the sea beyond. This room has a double bed, ample storage and again air conditioning and central heating. The en-suite bathroom is modern with a shower cubicle.

The pool is an 8 x 4 mt. kidney shaped pool surrounded by a large terrace area. There are ample sun lounger and a table and chairs with large parasol for you to relax and soak up the sunshine and the peace and quiet of this lovely location. There is a Spanish style purpose built BBQ for that all important “al fresco dining” day or night.

The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable it has every thing you will need and more. It is in a lovely peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street. It has private off the road parking, an alarm system linked to a central station. There are shutters fitted to all the windows for security and to help to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer. The villa is also fully air conditioned and central heated making it an ideal place for a summer or winter holiday. Alternatively, with the benefit of central heating it is perfect for that long winter break in the sunshine.
