It has a TV, DVD player, English TV including BBC, ITV. There is also a CD player for your use. The villa has a good sized fully fitted modern kitchen with full oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave and all the crockery you will need. There is also a utility area complete with washing machine and ironing facilities. The master bedroom has its own dressing room, en suite bathroom and also benefits from patio doors leading to a small upper terrace with wonderful views, here you can enjoy the sunshine and a coffee first thing in the morning or any time of day. The communal pool is very close to the villa in fact the garden gate is straight opposite the pool so you can relax in the garden while watching the children play in the pool. The pool is a good size and is shared by 20 houses only, the pool is very rarely busy even in the height of the summer. The garden is a good size with beautiful plants.It is fully enclosed with a gate at the front and the back which can be locked if you require to prevent children leaving the garden without your knowledge. The garden also benefits from being south facing, so you have the sun all day long. There is also private parking for the villa.
