CASA ALICIA - MONTE SOLANA, PEDREGUER
This beautiful villa is located on Monte Solana just outside the traditional spanish town of Pedreguer, which is ideally situated being 10 minutes to the coastal town of Denia and 15 minutes to the coastal resort of Javea. The beautiful Jalon valley is within a short driving distance. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within easy distance (1 hour by car) and we give details directions from both. The villa is in an elevated position therefore offering fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, although it is not remote as it has other villas around the villa and is within walking distance of Pedreguer itself, which is approx. 2 kilometres away. The villa was built in 2006 and has been the holiday home of the owners until now.

The villa is modern, light and airy and quite spacious, all bedrooms are of a good size. The villa is accessed via a short driveway with parking at the top for one car or two if the turning area is not required. Steps lead to the villa and again there is a further gate making the terrace area quite safe for little children as the gate can be locked preventing them wandering onto the steps. The first thing you will see is the beautiful kidney shaped pool and the fantastic views of the mountains, which are a real wow factor. There is terracing around the pool complete with sun loungers and the villa is south facing, so perfect for sun worshippers. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor dining for 6 people.

On entering the villa from the naya area (covered terrace), you will see a beautiful open plan spacious lounge / diner and kitchen area. The kitchen over looks the pool area and has ample storage. There is a full size fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan, washing machine and microwave all in modern chrome finish. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would require to enjoy your holiday. The lounge / diner is modern and comfortable with seating for 6 people. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and docking station provided for your enjoyment with a selection of DVD’s. The TV also has BBC / ITV and free to view UK channels. There is also Wifi available in the villa too. Leading from the dining area is a small hall and from here you can access all bedroom and bathrooms as totally on the flat. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is ample storage space and air con is provided too. The master bedroom has a modern en suite shower room with large walk in wet area for a shower, there is also ample storage for toiletries. The furniture is modern and light and is furnished to a high standard. There are two further bedrooms one is another double room over looking the stunning mountains, again there is air con and ample storage and as with all the bedrooms the furniture is modern and very tasteful. There is also a spacious twin bedroom over looking the back of the villa again with air con and ample storage. The family bathroom is modern, spacious and has a bath with over head shower, there is a vanity unit offering ample storage for toiletries. The whole villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

It is spotlessly clean and will offer a fantastic holiday to all who visit. It is located in a peaceful location but it is easy to reach the supermarkets and the shops in Pedreguer (just a few minutes by car) with the popular fruit and veg market in Pedreguer every saturday morning, if you want to try your hand at a speaking a little spanish. There are lots of restaurants in the area to visit in the coastal resorts, but there are also several very popular, excellent value restaurants in the nearby towns towards the Jalon valley, just a short drive away.
